7 Things to Do When You Feel Frazzled & Overwhelmed

As I struggle with an anxiety/panic disorder I thought this list may be helpful to someone... These are definitely not techniques I personally use, but maybe they will fit into someone's life nicely...

Frazzled & Overwhelmed

1.   Give yourself permission to do less.

2.     Hydrate.

3.     Use paper plates.

4.     Limit time on social media.

5.     Put away your cell phone.

6.   Hug someone or something.


7.   Spend some time outside.
